Privacy in your workspace

MyWork OS is a private construction workspace operated for Bulwark Built. It holds the account, contact, job, document, financial, schedule, time, conversation and file records that authorized users enter.

Access and sharing

Access follows your current workspace role and job assignments. The owner controls external review links. A recipient can access only the records and files explicitly released through that link. Expiring or revoking a link stops future access, but cannot recall a downloaded copy.

Services that process data

Supabase provides authentication, the database and private file storage. Hosting on Vercel is prepared for deployment. Browser session cookies keep you signed in. The application does not include advertising trackers. Optional accounting, calendar, email, payment, supplier and AI services require their own connection; the owner can inspect their current status in Connections.

History and corrections

Issued documents, recorded financial actions and other revision history are retained so that corrections can be understood. Revoking a member's access does not erase the business records they created. Ask the workspace owner to review a correction, export or removal request and its effect on related records.
